The ZEC air brake series hoses and tubing have been created for use in the air brake systems of truck and motor vehicles in general. The tubing and hoses comply with the norm SAE J844:2004. According to this norm, the non-reinforced tubing are designed with “type A” designation and the reinforced hose with “type B”.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
Technical-constructive features:
Single wall extrusion made of 100% virgin PA12 stabilized against UV rays.
Working temperature:
From -40°C to +80°C (From -40°F to +176°F).
Specifications:
SAE J844 type A,EU Regulations REACH (2006/1097/EC) and RoHS 2 (2011/65/EU).
(1) Measure exceeding SAE J844.
Color available:
Black, Blue, Red and Yellow. The Black tube is the most suitable for outdoor application.
N.B. In the code there is an *, this must be replaced with the color code of the tube: BLACK (N), BLUE (B), RED (R) or YELLOW (G).
Example: Tube 1/4" SAE J844 A black – code TA1-4N40.
