TECHNICAL FEATURES

Technical Features:

ZEC'S RILSAN® thermoplastic T tubing are particularly suitable for industrial pneumatic applications, for compressed air circuits and for oil conduction systems.

These tubing have been developed employing an innovative thermoplastic polymer, Rilsan® T, a special BIO-Polyamide (PA10.10) obtained from renewable plant sources (see Fig. 1). This material offers an effective alternative to the technical polymers derived from hydrocarbons and promotes the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2).

ZEC's RILSAN® T tubing ensures excellent physical and mechanical properties, combined with a good chemical resistance even with Polyols, solvents, paints and compatible gases, in chemically aggressive environments. This tubing has successfully passed all tests required by international DIN 74324, DIN 73378 and ISO 7628 Standards.

Working Temperature:
The working temperature of ZEC's RILSAN® T tubing is in a range from -40°C and +100°C.

For temperatures higher than room temperature (23°C) calculate the correct burst pressure using the correction factor determined through chart shown in Fig. 2.

ZEC's RILSAN® T tubing are in compliance with REACH Regulation (2006/1907/EC) and RoHS 2 (2011/65/EU) European Directive.
