The HOG hose series has been created to fulfill the requirements of Oil&Gas/Offshore/Marine application where light weight, compactness, chemical compatibility and durability are very important, especially in combination with very severe or extreme environmental conditions.
This series can be applied to Subsea Hydraulic Circuits or on rigs, Methanol Injection, BOP Safety Equipment, Remotely Operated Subsea Vehicles, in addition to the handling of compatible gases (Air, Nitrox) on rigs/vessels.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
Technical-constructive features:
Inner core in PA12/PA11, reinforcement with Aramid fiber braids, antiabrasion micro perforated PU (polyurethane) jacket.
Application:
HOG series hoses have been created for the high pressure conduction of Polyols, solvents, paints, air, methanol and all compatible gases.
Working temperature:
from -40° to +55°C Max.
Vacuum rating:
0.93 bar; 700 mm Hg
Working pressure:
Safety ratio 1:4, hoses suitable for dynamic application
(**) Safety ratio 1:3, hoses suitable for static application and with reduced pressure impulse
