TECHNICAL FEATURES
Technical-constructive features:
Straight ends PA12 PHL spirals: plasticized polyamide 12, heat and light stabilized. Reduced moisture absorption.
Black color recommended for outdoor applications.
Applications:
Air conveying in industrial automation and braking systems. Chemicals and hydrocarbons conveying.
Working temperatures:
Working: -40°C +80°C
temperature peaks: max +100°C.
For water-based fluids: +70°C
If the duration or frequency of the peaks is significant, the hose lifespan may be reduced.
Safety ratio:
1:3
NB: There is an X in the code. This should be replaced with the letter representing the colour required: BLACK (N), BLUE (B), RED (R) and YELLOW (G).
CODE EXAMPLE: code SCA129N7P25 - Truck spiral drawbar in PA12 PHL 12x9 BLACK with 7 turns. On request we can supply these spirals with a male fitting of 16x1.5 - Code SCAR129X7P25.
