TECHNICAL FEATURES
Technical-constructive features:
PA12 PHL spirals: plasticized polyamide 12, heat and light stabilized. Reduced moisture absorption.
Black color recommended for outdoor applications.
Applications:
Air conveying in industrial automation and braking systems. Chemicals and hydrocarbons conveying.
Working temperatures:
Working: -40°C +80°C
temperature peaks: max +100°C.
For water-based fluids: +70°C
If the duration or frequency of the peaks is significant, the hose lifespan may be reduced.
Safety ratio:
1:3
Specifications:
DIN 74324, DIN 73378 depending on diameter size
NB: There is an X in the code. This should be replaced with the letter representing the colour required: BLUE (B), and ORANGE (A), other colors on request; and a Y, which corresponds to the spiral length.
CODE EXAMPLE: code SA15125B10 - PA12 15x12.5 BLUE 10 m spiral.
PRESSURES: Working and burst pressures as per the corresponding tube technical specification sheet.
