TECHNICAL FEATURES
Technical-constructive features:
Inner core made of thermoplastic polyester, reinforcement of Aramid fiber braid and exterior covering made of orange anti-scratch polyether polyurethane, UV-stabilized and microorganisms-resistant.
Applications:
The JACK HOSE – NON CONDUCTIVE series has been created for the high pressure conduction of polyols and hydraulic fluids for static and dynamic systems (jacks, cylinders, electric screwers, rescue tools).
Working temperature:
from - 40°C to +100°C (-40°F to 212°F)
Max. working temperature of air, water and water-based fluids is +70°C (+158°F).
Vacuum rating:
0.93 bar; 700 mm Hg
Working pressure:
Safety ratio 1:4
Colors available:
◼ Orange, in compliance with Standard
Specifications:
Hoses meet or exceed SAE J517 sect. 100R8 – ISO 3949 Standards.
Hoses meet SAE J517 Standard for less than 50μA leakages under 250.000 V/m.
MSHA (IC-332/06)
We reccommend the use of ZEC TL fittings.
* The waterproof feature of the cover makes the hose particularly suitable for wet and saline environments and extreme temperature changes.
