TECHNICAL FEATURES
Technical-constructive features:
Inner core in polyurethane, reinforcement with one high tensile fiber braid, outside cover in abrasion resistant polyurethane, UVstabilized, resistant to ozone, microorganisms and hydrolysis, suitable for outdoor applications in wet and saline environments. Permanently welded with the inner layer.
Applications:
The OL5FL Flex-Flow series hoses are ideal for pneumatic applications and hydraulic return lines, where flexibility and reduced bending radius are required. Compressed air circuits, hydraulics and lubricating oil conductions, cooling.
These hoses are available in standard “Multi-Purpose” version, in orange “Non-Conductive” version (with less than 50 μA leakage under 250000 V/m acc. to SAE J517), and also in “Self-Extinguishing” version (grade V0 acc. to UL94).
Working temperature:
-30°C to +80°C
In case of water or water-based fluids max. working temperature is + 70°C
Working pressure:
Safety factor 1:4
Colors and options:
Available colors: black, orange, blue, red, green, yellow, and others on request.
Available in single, twin and multi-line hose on request.
Fittings:
Available in 2-pieces standard fittings with crimping ferrules, or in “ferrule-less” push-in fittings version (except the 1/4").
