Service plugs

Description:

SERVICE PLUG is an innovative system for maintenence operations on production lines. This solution has been developed to prevent fluids leackage, but especially to avoid possibility of contamination on hoses, pipes, systems during maintenance or line cleaning operations. Moreover SERVICE PLUG helps to protect the enviroment and to maintain clean workspaces.
Two versions: GREEN COLOR for hydraulic and general industrail applications, WHITE COLOR for food industry, made of compatible materials.

Features: 

  • Temperature range: - 25° C to + 90°C
  • Resistant to most oils and chemicals (see table on the next page)
  • For non-pressurised system only
  • Does not contain silicone
  • Plugs are solid and can be cut if necessary
  • Re-usable
  • Food line - made of food approved material, resistant to alcohol
