TECHNISCHE EIGENSCHAFTEN
Technisch-konstruktive Eigenschaften:
Innenschlauch aus Polyamid, Druckträger aus hochbeständigem Stahl-Doppelgeflecht, Außenschicht aus abriebbeständigem Polyurethan, auf Anfrage mikroperforiert für den Durchlass von Luft und kompatiblen Gasen.
Anwendungsbereiche:
Die Schlauchleitungen der Serie MT2 wurden konzipiert für die Hochdruckförderung von Polyolen, Lösungsmitteln, Lacken und kompatiblen Gasen.
Betriebstemperatur:
Von -40°C bis +100°C
von -40°F bis +212°F
Bei Luft, Wasser und Fluiden auf Wasserbasis beträgt die maximale Betriebstemperatur +70°C (+158°F).
Betriebsdruck:
Sicherheitsverhältnis 1:4 für DYNAMISCHEN Druck
Sicherheitsverhältnis 1:3 für STATISCHEN Druck
Maximaler Unterdruckwert:
0.93 bar; 700 mm Hg
Spezifikationen:
Schlauchleitungen in Übereinstimmung mit oder besser als die Drücke der Norm SAE 100R2.
*Die Oilproof-Eigenschaft der Ummantelung bedeutet, dass der Schlauch beständig gegen den länger andauernden Kontakt mit Ölen und Schmiermitteln ist.
