TECHNISCHE EIGENSCHAFTEN
Technisch-konstruktive Eigenschaften:
Innenschlauch aus thermoplastischem Polymer geeignet für den Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln, Druckträger aus hochfestem Textilfaser-Geflecht und Außenschicht aus abriebfestem und hydrolysebeständigem Polyurethan, stabilisiert für Anwendungen in besonders feuchten und salzhaltigen Umgebungen, UV-Strahlen-stabilisiert und beständig gegen Mikroorganismen, mikroperforiert für den Durchlass von Luft und kompatiblen Gasen .
Anwendungsbereiche:
Die Schlauchleitungen der Serie AT8 wurden konzipiert für die Förderung von Fluiden bei mittlerem Druck, für die ein für den Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln und Atemluft geeigneter Kern-Werkstoff gefordert wird, und für Anwendungen im Außenbereich in maritimer Umgebung mit hoher relativer Feuchtigkeit.Für die Einsatz mit Hochdruck-Sauerstoff beachten Sie bitte die Anwendungsempfehlungen, die Sie im reservierten Bereich unserer Website herunterladen können.

von –40°C bis +82°C
von -40°F bis +180°F
Bei Luft, Wasser und Fluiden auf Wasserbasis beträgt die maximale Betriebstemperatur + 70°C. (+158°F).

Sicherheitsverhältnis 1:4
Maximaler Unterdruckwert:
0.93 bar; 700 mm Hg

Die Schlauchleitungen erfüllen oder übertreffen die Anforderungen der Normen SAE J517 Abs. SAE 100R8 - ISO 3949.
EU-Verordnung 1935/2004, EU-Verordnung 10/2011. Simulanzlösemittel A, B, C und D1. Standard-Bedingungen OM4.
Nicht geeignet für öl- und fetthaltige Lebensmittel.
FDA 21 CFR 177.2600. Verwendbar für alle Lebensmittel bis 65°C und Alkoholgehalt <8%.
Italienisches Ministerialdekret 174 vom 06/04/2004 für die Verwendung mit Trinkwasser.

*Die Waterproof-Eigenschaft der Ummantelung bedeutet, dass der Schlauch besonders geeignet für Anwendungen in feuchten, salzhaltigen und starken thermischen Schwankungen ausgesetzten Umgebungen ist.
