CARACTERÍSTICAS TÉCNICAS
Características técnico-estructurales:
Interior de poliamida, refuerzo de malla de fibra "Aramida" y una malla de acero de alta resistencia, revestimiento exterior de poliuretano resistente a la abrasión y a la hidrólisis, estabilizado para aplicaciones al aire libre, en ambientes húmedos y salinos; a pedido, microperforado para el pasaje de aire y gases compatibles.
Aplicaciones:
Las mangueras de la serie MTK han sido creadas para la conducción a altísima presión de polioles, solventes y pinturas.
Temperaturas de uso:
De -40°C a +100°C
de -40°F a +212°F
Para aire, agua y fluidos de base agua, la temperatura máxima de funcionamiento es + 70°C (+158°F).
Presiones de funcionamiento:
Relación de seguridad 1:4 presión DINÁMICA
Relación de seguridad 1:3 presión ESTÁTICA
Valor máx. de vacío::
0.93 bar. 700 mm Hg

*La característica water-proof del revestimiento significa que la manguera es apta para aplicaciones en ambientes húmedos, salinos y con fuertes variaciones térmicas.
