TECHNICAL FEATURES

Technical-constructive features:
Inner core in thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPE), bonded reinforcement in high density polyester fiber, and outside covering in anti-abrasion matt orange polyurethane, non-perforated, UV light stabilized and resistant to hydrolysis for outdoor applications.
Twin or multi-line constructions available.

Applications:
The Non-Conductive OL7F series hoses have been developed for medium pressure hydraulic use in applications requiring high electrical insulation.
The compact and tough construction makes the Non-Conductive OL7F hose extremely resistant to kinking and abrasions, ideal per insertion into ducts and narrow conduits.
These hoses meet SAE J517 with less than 50 μA leakage under 250000 V/m, suitable for aerial platforms and material lifting device.

Working temperature:
From –40°C to +100°C From -40°F to +212°F
In case of water or water-based fluids max. working temperature is + 70°C (+158°F).

Length variation (@ max WP):
-1.5% to +1.5%

Working pressure:
Safety factor 1:4 is required if hose failure could result in motion of the platform(s), or material lifting device, or both.
Safety factor 1:3 is acceptable if hose failure will not result in motion of aerial devices.
SAE Standard requires safety factor 1:4.

Vacuum rating:
0.93 bar; 700 mmHg

Specifications:
These hoses meet or exceed SAE J517 – 100R7, ISO 3949, ANSI A92.2 for vehicle-mounted aerial devices, MSHA.

*The water-proof feature of the cover means that the hose is especially suitable for wet and saline environments where there are extreme temperature changes.

Características estructurales:

Características estructurales: Las fundas textiles GT son particularmente indicadas para el sector hidráulico y neumático para la contención de mangueras simples y múltiples. Estas fundas presentan una óptima resistencia a los esfuerzos mecánicos y una buena compatibilidad química.
Las fundas textiles GT son de fibra textil de alta tenacidad y garantizan una óptima resistencia a la abrasión.
Como lo demuestran las pruebas de laboratorio (véase la fig. 1), la funda supera los 5000 ciclos de prueba, conforme a la norma UNI ISO 6945.

Temperaturas de uso:

De -40 °C a +100 °C (De -40 °F a +212 °F).

Las fundas textiles GT tienen una óptima resistencia al calor (punto de reblandecimiento 150 °C) y una baja conductividad térmica.

Características técnico-estructurales:

Norma de seguridad ISO 3457:2003
Las fundas textiles ZEC GT garantizan una óptima protección contra salpicaduras de aceite, tal como lo confirman las pruebas de laboratorio (Pin Hole Test) realizadas llevando las mangueras hasta la explosión, conforme a la norma SAE100 J343, y comparando el estado de la funda antes de la explosión (Fig. 2a) y después de la explosión (Fig. 2b). La funda textil ZEC GT funciona como pantalla de protección y de contención para las personas y el ambiente,
sin mostrar ningún fallo estructural. Por lo tanto, en caso de rotura accidental de la manguera, la funda garantiza un grado de protección conforme a la norma de seguridad ISO 3457:2003.
Prueba de ruptura ASTM D885
Una verificación adicional del grado de resistencia de la funda textil GT es la prueba de resistencia al desgarro, realizada en la funda y con resultado conforme a la norma ASTM D885.
Estabilización a los rayos UV
Las fundas textiles GT están estabilizadas a los rayos UV y presentan una óptima resistencia al envejecimiento causado por los rayos UVA.
Por lo tanto, este producto es idóneo para aplicaciones en ambientes exteriores con radiación solar y con cualquier otro agente atmosférico.
Sometiendo la funda durante 720 horas a una radiación UVA a 50 °C, no se ha evidenciado ningún signo de deterioro o envejecimiento.

Aplicaciones:

Las fundas textiles GT han obtenido la aprobación Mine Safety and Health Administration del U.S. Department of Labor, con marcado "MSHA IC332-08".
