TECHNICAL FEATURES

ZEC's PA12 RIV V0 thermoplastic tubing are suitable for pneumatic application where a self-extinguishing V0 Grade is required conforming to UL94 Standard.
ZEC's POLYAMIDE PA12 tubing guarantee excellent physical and mechanical properties, combined with a good chemical resistance.
These tubing meet or exceed DIN 73378 and DIN 74324 Standards.

The special self-extinguishing polymer sheath provides the required self-extinguishing V0 Grade conforming to UL94 Standard.
This sheath is easy to remove to allow the mounting of the fittings.

Working Temperature:
The working temperature ZEC's RIL PA12 RIV V0 tubing is in the range between -40°C and +80°C. For temperatures higher than room temperature (23°C) calculate the correct burst pressure using the correction factor determined through the table above.

ZEC's PA12 RIV V0 tubing are in compliance with REACH Regulation (2006/1907/EC) and RoHS 2 (2011/65/EU) European Directive.
